high tech digital press featuring laser technology, Western understands
how to get the job done. Our Heidelberg Quickmaster is a digital
press that can create 4 plates, finalize registration and begin
printing in only 20 minutes. Innovative tools like the Quickmaster
and our more traditional printing presses enable us versatility
and the capabilities to handle our clients printing needs.

Once
a product is printed, our lamination machines bond a clear
polyproclin film through heat transfer adding a high gloss
finish. Our die cut presses take the laminated product and
finishes the job. We have the tools to cut through any material
your creativity leads you. As far as buttons go, we have
one of the largest output capabilities in the business,
thanks to our exclusively designed button machines |

We also have in-house machine shop that is available 24
hours a day. Our staff has the capabilities to modify or
construct any type of equipment to meet the requirements
of any job.

Even
though we rely on the use of technology for much of our
services, we still make things by hand like sashes and rosettes.
In contrast we posses the latest in laser technology and
engraving skills. We have as selection of over 2000 fonts
available. In addition, our sonic welding department is
used to make acrylic key chains and other like items. We
are also able to heat transfer images onto any sub straight. |
