original artwork must included on the disk. Please save
elements in your files in these formats: EPS(binary) and
TIFF. Images must be saved at saved to size and at 300 dpi.
No "RGB" files
Fonts: All fonts used to create the document(printer
and screen) must be included on the disk or converted to
paths or outlines.
2. Email Artwork.
Electronic file transfer artwork should follow the same
guidelines as above. The file format needs to be compressed
for transmission. The compression should be done with either
Stuffit or WinZip. Art must be emailed to:

FTP Artwork
FTP artwork should follow the same guidelines as above.
These files do not require compression. You can upload up
to 25mb at a time.The FTP link gives instructions on the
guidelines and upload info for easy transfer. Once artwork
is uploaded, please follow up with your sales representative
about your order.
4.
Artwork Charges
All pricing is based on art supplied in digital file or
film. If additional time is required to alter artwork, production
time will be billed per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. Color
separations will be quoted on a per job basis.
5. Proofs
Paper proofs: Black and White paper proofs can
be faxed at no additional costs.
